Structural Features:
The machine consists of five parts, namely a expanded joint, a hydraulic station, an electric control cabinet, a portal frame (with a plain trolley included), and a balancer. The five parts are integrated into a complete system through two high-pressure hoses and one control wire.
(1)、Expanded joint: consisting of a machine body, a cycloid hydraulic oil motor, a transmitting gear, a rolling gear pair, a guide clamp device and a expanding rod assembly.
(2)、Hydraulic station: consisting of an oil tanker, an oil pump, an electromagnetic directional valve, an oil pump motor, an overflow valve and other hydraulic accessories.
(3)、Electric apparatus: consisting of an electric control cabinet, control buttons and various relays.
